At Wool Artwork, we take pride in our handmade creations and strive for complete customer satisfaction. Please review our policy below:

  • No Returns Accepted
    We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on our products. Since each item is custom-made and handcrafted specifically for you, we cannot restock these items.
  • Minor Adjustments
    If you require minor adjustments to your purchase, you are welcome to ship the item back to us at your own expense. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss the adjustments needed. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  • Condition for Adjustments
    To qualify for adjustments, items must be in their original condition. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
  • Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the item back for adjustments. 
  • Processing Adjustments
    Upon receiving the item, we will evaluate the requested adjustments. We aim to process any adjustments within 4 weeks, and we will inform you once your item has been returned to you.
