Our Warranty Program provides comprehensive coverage for any unexpected issues, including damage not caused by human intervention, ensuring that you can enjoy your wool artwork without worry.
Our Warranty is available in two options to accommodate your needs:
- 3-Year Warranty
To qualify for the 3-year warranty, simply select the Pay in Full option at the time of purchase.
- 7-Year Warranty
For those seeking a longer duration, you can extend your warranty to 7 years! To do this, share five photos or a video of your wool artwork on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube using the hashtag #woolartwork. Once your post has been up for one month, you’ll be eligible to claim your 7-year extended warranty.

- Please be aware that customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with claiming their extended warranty.
- The warranty coverage duration begins from the date of receiving of your wool artwork.
- Wool Artwork reserves the right to modify the terms of the Extended Warranty Program at any time. All decisions regarding the program are final and binding.
